Research Assistant
Anna Lloyd is a research assistant at L&M Policy Research. Ms. Lloyd has experience conducting qualitative research in public health and health policy. At L&M, she supports projects through environmental scans, in-depth interviews, focus groups, literature reviews, and report analysis and writing. Ms. Lloyd currently assists with consumer research and usability testing on web tools and content for Medicare Decision Support for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
Prior to joining L&M, Ms. Lloyd was a research assistant for the Department of Sociology within the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. As a research assistant, she examined stakeholder-driven methods to address social and ethical concerns in infectious disease management. She also has worked as a medical assistant where she engaged with key issues in the delivery of healthcare.
Ms. Lloyd holds a B.S. in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Health and Society from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
